VISION

• To see families and people worldwide coming together in a unique and
united manner with instruments and songs, scripture readings and
messages, bringing awareness, honor, and glory to God, His Word, and  
Gospel,encouraging and serving one another in faith and love.

MISSION

• Wherever and whenever possible to teach, encourage, and support the
creation and performance of sacred music while building relationships and
presenting Christ through lifestyle, service, and scripture—encouraging the
growth of musical groups eager to serve and minister to those around them
in God’s love.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

To share God’s word and the Gospel
    1. Scripture memorization and Bible reading
    2. Discussion of lyrics of hymns and songs
    3. Group singing, story and message times
    4. Music camps involving Bible centered activities

To build God-centered loving relationships
    1. Weekly phone calls to individuals and groups involved
    2. E mails or written communication
    3. 3 month personal visits sharing in life challenges

To create and encourage God centered orchestras and choirs—giving
opportunity to all levels of ability.
     1. Providing/loaning student violins, bows, rosin, practice CDs music etc.
     2. Aiding families and children to network with other Symphonies of  
         Hope players
    3. Growing a music training library of sacred music with practice CDs
         and sheet music for students
    4. Providing easy access to training videos in appropriate language
    5. Providing ongoing follow-up and encouragement through the internet
         and phone calls.

• To Serve communities
    1. Building water tanks
    2. Teaching typing and computer classes
    3. Aiding in school and community music programs
    4. Chickens- Flock growth and health
    5. Agriculture / Gardening
    6. Drinking Water Quality & Availability
    7. Solar Ovens, Water Purification by Solar Methods
    8. Teaching Health & Nutrition

• To Serve the poor and sick
    1. Assisting villagers visit doctors & find help for disabilities and illness
    2. Making  eye glasses for those in need
    3. Finding hearing aids for those in need
    4. Making medical help more affordable and available
    5. Teaching families about basic medical care and nutrition for their children
    6. Visiting the sick and those in prison with small musical groups

•  To Encourage and strengthen families
    1. Individual parent -to -parent counseling
    2. Making books available that encourage Christian families (Bibles,
        Children’s Bible Story books, Books about medical issues & disabilities  
         faced by villagers and how to cope with those challenges)

• To Strengthen and maintain our own family
    1. Scripture study time
    2. Prayer and song time
    3. Daily meetings of direction
    4. Home school maintenance and checkup
    5. Rest and recreation time
